Grant Parker is a photographer originally from the warm breath of life he calls Southern California.
Born in Southern California my passion for photography came early in life. I spent days camping with my family and capturing some of my first images on steel bodied 35mm cameras like the Minolta SRT101. Shooting film for so many years really gave me a passion for learning how light affects what we see. Other favorite film cameras of mine are the Canon Ae-1 and the Olympus OM-PC. Due to the high cost of film and developing, it really taught me to slow down and study a scene before pressing the shutter. Although I have moved on with technology, even though I was very against it at first, I still use the same approach when shooting with my Canon DSLR now. The camera captures moments in time that will never come back around again. Thank you for taking time out of your day to experience my passion with me. Please contact me for any and all photography needs. My passion originated in landscape photography area, traveling off the beaten path to capture images of the wonders God made for us. Through the years I have ventured into new areas also. I can assure I will be able to take care of your needs. If for some reason I am not able to take care of the photography job for you, I will recommend a photographer or two for you to contact that may better suit your needs. I strive to make sure there is a connection between the photographer and the client, thus making the experience amazing for everyone.
